Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous payments.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and approvals required to complete their website.

Intellectual Property

All client-provided content remains the property of the client. Floralcore Designs retains ownership of any proprietary templates, software, or design assets unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Floralcore Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
